Everything was good with good prices. Central heating, flat-screen television and an electronic key card available in the a double room. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. All in all awesome and exceptionally nice setting just next door to stores as well as Arizona. Also, to event I was attending. Wonderful experience there.

I didn't actually stay because the check-in was a disaster. The lady at the desk was super rude. I wanted to check in early. She quoted a $35 fee and then later said my room wasn't ready, no idea when it would be. The vibe in the lobby felt off too-lots of negative signs about drug use and just general sketchiness. I got uncomfortable and decided to cancel, but that was another hassle. It felt really chaotic and unwelcoming, so I ditched the place.

Comfortable room, refreshing coffee, the lobby looks refreshed with a snack bar and free parking. It's conveniently located only 18 km from the nearest airport.

Despite some negative reviews, my experience at this hotel has been positive. the staff is polite, rooms are clean and updated. the location is convenient - just a short drive from the event I am attending. the service received is excellent, and the staff, particularly Kristi, is friendly and professional.

The cleanliness underneath furniture could be improved.
